The Guidelines for participating in the TOS Crew blog hop are as follows:
1. Please grab the blog hop button (coding below) to spread the word.
2. Please follow at least the first 3 blogs on the linky (the blog hosts) as well as the 2 blogs in front of you on the linky. Commenting and following more blogs will help create more interaction with other blogs.
3. Please link directly to your blog hop post. The themes for the month can be found below.
4. Please do not link up your giveaways, blog hops, etc. (These will be deleted.)
Link up your blog, visit and follow the blogs that interest you and have fun getting to know the 2011-2012 TOS Crew as well as the other participating homeschoolers. Since all of the hosts are homeschoolers, it may take the them a few days to follow everyone back. Thanks for your understanding. The blog hops links will remain even after they have closed for the month which allows you more time to check out the other blogs.
Now, let’s get blog hoppin’ and have some fun!
You only need to add your link to one linky for it to show up on all participating blogs. Just click on the link next to the month’s theme to be taken to the linky.
Themes and links to 2011-2012 monthly blog hops:
October: Bringing in the Sheaves – from bringing in the fall harvest to nature studies to the harvest you hope to gather from homeschooling – what does fall (or this time of year mean to you?
December: Holiday Traditions – from the specific holidays you celebrate to fun traditions to changes in school curriculum and schedules – what holiday traditions do you have in your home?
March: Give me a break – from declaring a teacher’s day to taking a break from school to scheduling daily quiet time – how do you take a break in your home?
April: Bloom where you are planted – from gardening to embracing your season of life to rethinking plans – how do you bloom where you are planted?
May: The year in review – as the school year (and Crew year) come to an end, take some to share your reflections on the year
Life has been busy for me lately, and for many of you too, I suspect! The TOS Crew is hosting a simple blog hop to get to know other homeschooling families and to share a bit about the journey. The themes should make it easy to think of something to blog about when sometimes it is just too hard to come up with your own idea! I know I always appreciate some prompts to get me writing!
See you on the blog hop!
